If requested, Hardwick Tactical will manage the design phase of product development. This is where the initial concepts and sketches for a new product are created.

This phase consists of the following:

1. Garment designs.

2. Print, pattern and color designs.

Hardwick Tactical will assist with the following sourcing needs:

1. Materials

2. Trims

3. Packaging samples

Hardwick Tactical will take design concepts and turn them into actual garments. This phase includes:

1. Pre-production process: we outline the construction, fit and finishes of your product.

2. Create technical drawings and/or patterns for your product.

3. Create a size chart and grading for your product.

4. Create a prototype of your product.

5. Quality test the product.

Hardwick Tactical will develop a tech pack which contains all the information a manufacturer needs to know to produce your product. This includes:

1. Design and Construction documents.

2. Materials and trimmings that should be used.

3. Technical specification pack (the blueprints of your garments).

Hardwick Tactical will run preproduction samples to make sure everything is perfect with the product and ready for manufacturing.
